- For IHC: Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.
Target Information
OXSR1 (oxidative-stress responsive 1) serine/threonine kinase is activated by osmotic stresses and regulates downstream protein kinases such as PAK1 to initiate cellular responses to environmental stress.
It can be phosphorylated by ATM or ATR during DNA damage response and may play a role in actin cytoskeleton regulation.
