Product Specific Information
Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW). The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information
Promotes functional expression of homomeric alpha-7 and alpha-8 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors at the cell surface. May also promote expression of homomeric serotoninergic 5-HT3 receptors and heteromeric acetylcholine receptors (alpha-3/beta-2, alpha-3/beta-4, alpha-4/beta-2, alpha-4/beta-4).
