Product Specific Information
- Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining using a 10 mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 10 minutes, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- After antigen retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Suggested positive control: prostate carcinoma.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is involved in cell motility. It is expressed in breast tissue and forms complexes with BRCA1 and BRCA2, which may be associated with increased risk of breast cancer.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been observed.
