Target Information

Human IgG1 (human immunoglobulin G1)는 인체 면역계가 항원에 반응하여 생성하는 IgG 항체의 아형(subclass)입니다. 혈액 내 가장 풍부한 IgG 아형으로, 병원체 방어에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
IgG1은 특정 항원에 결합하여 식세포작용(phagocytosis), 보체 활성화(complement activation) 등을 통해 체내에서 제거를 촉진합니다. 또한 항체의존성 세포독성(ADCC) 및 독소 중화(neutralization of toxins) 등 다양한 면역 반응에도 관여합니다.
