Target Information
Human IgG1 (human immunoglobulin G1) is a subclass of IgG antibodies produced by the immune system in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subclass in blood and plays a key role in defense against pathogens. IgG1 binds to specific antigens, promoting their clearance through phagocytosis and complement activation. It also participates in antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and neutralization of toxins.
Human IgG1 is widely used in research to study immune responses and to develop diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for infectious and autoimmune diseases.
