Target Information
Human IgG1 (human immunoglobulin G1)은 항원에 대한 면역 반응으로 생성되는 인간 IgG 항체의 아형(subclass)입니다. 혈액 내 가장 풍부한 IgG 아형으로, 병원체 방어에 중요한 역할을 합니다. IgG1은 항원에 결합하여 식세포작용(phagocytosis)과 보체 활성화(complement activation) 등의 다양한 기전을 통해 병원체 제거를 촉진합니다. 또한 항체 의존성 세포독성(ADCC) 및 독소 중화(neutralization) 반응에도 관여합니다. 연구용으로 병원체에 대한 면역 반응 연구, 진단 테스트 개발, 자가면역 질환 치료제 개발 등에 활용될 수 있습니다.
