Target Information
SIRT2 (Sirtuin 2) 단백질은 NAD-의존성 탈아세틸화 효소(NDAC)로, 유전자 침묵화, 세포주기 조절, DNA 손상 복구에 관여합니다. 인간 교모세포종에서 종양 억제 인자로 작용할 가능성이 있으며, 세포 내 산화환원 상태를 감지하여 근육 유전자 발현을 조절하는 역할도 합니다. 또한 SIRT2는 G2기 후반, M기, 세포질분열 과정에서 인산화되는 세포분열 관련 신호전달 경로에 참여합니다.
