Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
AGR2 (anterior gradient protein 2) and AGR3 belong to the anterior gradient homolog family. These secreted cytoplasmic proteins are involved in metastasis induction and p53 tumor suppressor inhibition.
They may serve as molecular markers and potential therapeutic targets for hormone-responsive breast tumors.
AGR2 is ubiquitously expressed and upregulated in prostate, breast, lung, renal, and endometrial carcinomas. Its expression is positively correlated with estrogen receptor (ER) and negatively correlated with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR).
