Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a DNA topoisomerase, an enzyme that controls and alters the topologic states of DNA during transcription.
It catalyzes transient breaking and rejoining of a single strand of DNA, allowing strand passage and altering DNA topology.
The gene is localized to chromosome 20 and has pseudogenes on chromosomes 1 and 22.
