Target Information
Lysosome-associated membrane protein 5 (LAMP5)는 LAMP 계열 단백질 중 하나로, 뇌 및 수지상세포 관련 LAMP 유사 분자(BAD-LAMP)로도 알려져 있습니다. 인간에서는 출생 후 뉴런과 비활성화된 형질세포성 수지상세포에서 발현되며, 뉴런 내에서는 세포소기관 내 소포에 분포하여 특정 미세영역에서 내포작용(endocytosis)에 관여할 수 있습니다. 또한 BAD-LAMP는 형질세포성 수지상세포의 ER-Golgi intermediate compartment (ERGIC)에 위치하며, TLR 활성화 시 소실됩니다.
