C20orf112, also known as chromosome 20 open reading frame 112, is a 436 amino acid protein characterized by a hydrophobic N-terminal region and two small coiled-coil domains.
It may play a role in the endocytosis pathway and normal brain development, and is required for mediating the cell energy response.
