Target Information
LCLAT1는 acyl-CoA:lysocardiolipin acyltransferase (ALCAT) 활성을 가지며, lyso-cardiolipin을 cardiolipin(CL)으로 재아실화하는 반응을 촉매합니다. 이는 CL 리모델링의 핵심 단계로, linoleoyl-CoA 및 oleoyl-CoA를 선호하는 acyl donor로 사용합니다. 또한 1-acyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase (AGPAT) 활성을 가지며, lysophosphatidic acid(LPA)를 phosphatidic acid(PA)로 전환합니다. 추가적으로 lysophosphatidylinositol acyltransferase (LPIAT) 및 lysophosphatidylglycerol acyltransferase (LPGAT) 활성을 나타내며, 조혈 및 내피 계통의 형성에 필수적입니다.
