Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
RCL1, which does not have cyclase activity, plays a role in 40S ribosomal subunit biogenesis during early pre-rRNA processing steps at sites A0, A1, and A2, which are required for proper maturation of 18S RNA.
