Product Specific Information

Description:
The eBio64DEC17 antibody reacts with human IL-17A and functions as a neutralizing antibody. IL-17A is a CD4⁺ T cell-derived cytokine that promotes inflammatory responses and is elevated in rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, multiple sclerosis, psoriasis, and transplant rejection. It exists as glycosylated 20–30 kDa homodimers and enhances ICAM-1 expression in fibroblasts while stimulating IL-6, IL-8, G-CSF, and PGE2 secretion in various cell types.

Applications Reported:

• Intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:

• Pre-titrated and tested for intracellular staining using the Intracellular Fixation and Permeabilization Buffer Set (Product #88-8824-00).
• Recommended usage: 5 µL (0.25 µg) per test (in 100 µL final volume).
• Suitable for 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.

• Filtered post-manufacturing (0.2 µm).
