Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with a highly ordered ring-shaped 20S core structure composed of 4 rings of 28 non-identical subunits (2 alpha and 2 beta rings).
Proteasomes are abundant in eukaryotic cells, cleaving peptides in an ATP/ubiquitin-dependent, non-lysosomal pathway.
A modified form, the immunoproteasome, processes class I MHC peptides.
The PSMA2 gene encodes a member of the peptidase T1A family, a 20S core alpha subunit.
