Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The GADD45G gene is part of a gene family whose expression increases under stress or DNA-damaging conditions.
This protein mediates activation of the p38/JNK pathway via MTK1/MEKK4 kinase and is highly expressed in the placenta.
