Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The GADD45G gene is part of a gene family whose transcript levels increase under stress-induced growth arrest and DNA damage conditions.
The encoded protein mediates activation of the p38/JNK pathway through MTK1/MEKK4 kinase in response to environmental stresses.
GADD45G is highly expressed in the placenta.
