Description:
30-F11 단클론 항체는 마우스 CD45의 모든 아이소폼(Leukocyte Common Antigen, LCA)에 반응합니다. CD45는 성숙 적혈구와 혈소판을 제외한 모든 조혈세포에서 발현되며, 세포질 부분은 티로신 인산화효소 활성을 가지며 림프구 활성화에 중요한 역할을 합니다.

Applications Tested:
마우스 골수세포를 이용한 Flow cytometry에서 테스트되었습니다. 0.25 µg/test 이하 농도로 사용 권장되며, 1 test는 100 µL 내 최종 부피에서 세포 수 10⁵~10⁸개 범위로 설정 가능합니다. 최적 조건은 실험별로 적정화가 필요합니다.

CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen)은 모든 핵을 가진 조혈세포에 보편적으로 발현되는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 인산화효소(PTP)입니다. 림프구 표면 단백질의 약 10%를 차지하며, 비조혈계 세포에는 존재하지 않습니다. CD45는 림프구 발달과 항원 신호전달의 핵심 조절자로 Src-family kinase 활성 조절, JAK kinase 억제 및 사이토카인 수용체 신호 조절에 관여합니다. 또한 세포 생존, 인테그린 매개 신호, 세포자멸사 및 면역 기능 조절에도 중요한 역할을 합니다.
