For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

The APBB1 gene encodes a member of the Fe65 protein family, functioning as a nuclear adaptor protein.
It interacts with the Alzheimer’s disease amyloid precursor protein (APP), transcription factor CP2/LSF/LBP1, and the low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein.
APP acts as a cytosolic anchoring site that prevents APBB1 nuclear translocation.
This protein may play a key role in Alzheimer’s disease pathogenesis and transcriptional regulation, and has been observed to inhibit cell cycle progression by downregulating thymidylate synthase expression.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants exist, though not all full-length sequences are known.
