Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve an antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CHCHD10 encodes a mitochondrial protein enriched at cristae junctions in the intermembrane space. It may play a role in cristae morphology maintenance or oxidative phosphorylation. Mutations in this gene are associated with frontotemporal dementia and/or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis-2. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, and related pseudogenes exist on chromosomes 7 and 19.
