BCL-2 패밀리 단백질은 서로 이합체를 형성하여 세포사멸 조절을 강화합니다.
예를 들어, Bag1은 BCL-2와 이합체를 형성하여 BCL-2의 항세포사멸 효과를 증폭시킵니다.
Bax와 Bak은 미토콘드리아로부터 cytochrome c 방출을 유도하여 세포사멸을 개시하는 중요한 역할을 합니다.
