NUDT21 is a subunit of a cleavage factor required for 3′ RNA cleavage and polyadenylation processing.
It interacts with RNA during the early assembly of the 3′ end processing complex and aids in recruiting other processing factors.
This gene encodes the 25 kDa subunit of a protein complex composed of four polypeptides.
