Target Information
ATP 의존성 칼슘 펌프는 세포질 내 자유 칼슘 농도를 낮게 유지하는 역할을 담당합니다. 이러한 펌프는 근소포체 또는 소포체에 존재하며, SERCA (Sarcoplasmic/Endoplasmic Reticulum Calcium) ATPase로 알려진 효소 군을 형성합니다.
- SERCA1: Type II (fast) 골격근에서만 발현
- SERCA2: 조직 특이적 가공을 거쳐 SERCA2a (근육 특이형)와 SERCA2b (모든 세포형에 존재) 생성
- SERCA3: 비근육 세포에서 발견되며 상대적으로 덜 연구됨
