Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RAB20 plays a role in apical endocytosis/recycling and in the maturation and acidification of phagosomes that engulf pathogens such as S. aureus and M. tuberculosis. It also contributes to the fusion of phagosomes with lysosomes. [UniProt]
