Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the Cbl family of E3 ubiquitin ligases.
Cbl proteins regulate cell signaling through ubiquitination and downregulation of tyrosine kinases.
Expression may be restricted to epithelial cells, and multiple alternatively spliced isoforms have been observed.
