- IHC (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 열 처리 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
ALDH1A1은 aldehyde dehydrogenase 단백질 계열에 속합니다. 이 효소는 알코올 대사의 주요 산화 경로의 두 번째 효소로, 간에서 세포질형과 미토콘드리아형 두 가지 주요 isoform이 존재합니다. 대부분의 백인은 두 isozyme을 모두 가지지만, 약 50%의 동양인은 미토콘드리아 isozyme이 결여되어 있습니다. 이 차이는 동양인에서 급성 알코올 중독 빈도가 높은 것과 관련될 수 있습니다.
