Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IGFBP-rP10 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
This gene encodes a secreted member of the insulin growth factor-binding protein (IGFBP) superfamily.
It contains:
- N-terminal insulin growth factor-binding domain
- Central Kazal-type serine protease inhibitor and follistatin-like domain
- C-terminal immunoglobulin-like domain
Studies of the mouse ortholog suggest that this gene product may have a role in bone development and regeneration.
