Product Specific Information
- Reconstitute lyophilized powder with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
- Lyophilized product stable up to 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.
- Upon reconstitution, store 2–3 weeks at 2–8°C or up to 12 months at -20°C or below.
- Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
Target Information
Dupilumab (trade name Dupixent) is an FDA-approved human monoclonal antibody for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis in patients aged 6 years and older.
Dupilumab binds to the interleukin-4 receptor alpha (IL-4Rα) subunit shared by IL-4 and IL-13 receptor complexes, inhibiting IL-4 and IL-13 signaling.
