Product Specific Information

Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.

Competitive ELISA recommended dilution: 1-10 µg/mL

The lyophilized product remains stable up to 1 year at -20 °C from date of receipt. Upon reconstitution, it can be stored for 2-3 weeks at 2-8 °C or for up to 12 months at -20 °C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.

Target Information

Dupilumab with trade name Dupixent, is an FDA-approved drug for the treatment of patients aged 6 years and older with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. It is a human monoclonal antibody. Dupilumab binds to the interleukin-4 receptor alpha (IL-4R alpha) subunit shared by the interleukin (IL)-4 and IL-13 receptor complexes, thereby inhibiting IL-4 and IL-13 signaling.
