• Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
• Recommended dilution for competitive ELISA: 1–10 µg/mL.
• The lyophilized product remains stable up to 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.
• After reconstitution, store for 2–3 weeks at 2–8°C or up to 12 months at -20°C or below.
• Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.

Target Information

Dupilumab (trade name Dupixent) is an FDA-approved human monoclonal antibody used for treating patients aged 6 years and older with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.
It binds to the interleukin-4 receptor alpha (IL-4Rα) subunit shared by IL-4 and IL-13 receptor complexes, thereby inhibiting IL-4 and IL-13 signaling.
