Product Specific Information

Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
The lyophilized product remains stable up to 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.
Upon reconstitution, it can be stored for 2–3 weeks at 2–8°C or for up to 12 months at -20°C or below.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.

Target Information

Denosumab is a fully human IgG2 monoclonal antibody specific to receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand (RANKL).
It suppresses bone resorption markers in patients with various metastatic tumors and is under investigation for prevention and treatment of bone metastases.
Chemically, it consists of 2 heavy and 2 light chains. Each light chain has 215 amino acids, and each heavy chain has 448 amino acids with 4 intramolecular disulfides.
