It has been successfully used in Western blot procedures, detecting a 38 kDa protein representing CXADR.
The immunogen is purified recombinant CXADR corresponding to the chromosome 21 gene (Human).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a type I membrane receptor for group B coxsackieviruses and subgroup C adenoviruses.
Pseudogenes of this gene are found on chromosomes 15, 18, and 21.
