- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human ZIC-1, ZNF-24, and ZNF-206 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
DNA-binding protein IKAROS functions in the specification and maturation of T lymphocytes.
It interacts with a critical control element in the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase promoter and other promoters expressed during early stages of B-cell and T-cell development.
