Alexa Fluor 633은 633 nm 레이저 라인에 최적화된 밝은 far-red 형광 염료로, 높은 형광 퀀텀 효율과 광안정성을 보여 저농도 표적 검출에 탁월합니다. 일반적으로 IgG당 2–8개의 형광체가 결합되어 있으며, 정확한 결합 정도는 각 제품의 CoA에 명시되어 있습니다.
사용 전 단백질 용액을 미세원심분리하여 응집체를 제거하고 상등액만 사용하십시오. 대부분의 IHC 및 Flow Cytometry 실험에서 1–10 µg/mL 농도가 적합합니다.
