Target Information

Anti-Goat secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for goat immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of goat IgG targets.
Secondary antibodies provide versatility for multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically, these antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may undergo further purification and modification (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to ensure high specificity.
