MA1-154 항체는 포유류 시료에서 Cyclin A 단백질을 검출하며, Immunohistochemistry (Frozen 및 Paraffin), Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot 등 다양한 실험에 사용됩니다.
Western Blot 및 Immunoprecipitation 분석에서 camptothecin 및 hydroxyurea 처리된 세포에서 약 50 kDa의 뚜렷한 밴드가 관찰됩니다.
Immunofluorescence 응용에서는 camptothecin 처리로 G2/M기 정지된 세포에서 Cyclin A의 핵 내 이동이 확인됩니다.
Target Information
Cyclin은 cyclin-dependent kinase (cdk)의 조절 서브유닛으로, 세포 주기의 특정 단계에서 전환을 제어합니다. Cyclin의 시간적 발현은 엄격히 조절되며 cdk의 효소활성 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다. Cyclin/cdk 복합체는 세포 주기의 특정 단계 통과에 필수적입니다.
포유류 체세포에서 Cyclin A는 S phase와 G2 phase 진행에 필요합니다.
