Target Information
PHB2는 히스톤 탈아세틸화효소를 모집하여 핵 호르몬 수용체의 전사 억제를 매개합니다. 이 단백질은 에스트로겐 수용체(ER)의 선택적 공동조절자로 작용하며, 항에스트로겐의 억제 활성을 강화하고 에스트로겐의 활성을 억제합니다. 또한 NCOA1과 경쟁하여 ER 전사 활성을 조절하며, 미토콘드리아 호흡 활성 및 노화 조절에도 관여하는 것으로 추정됩니다.
