Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer periods, store small aliquots at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freezing and thawing. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 × g, 5 min).

Necessary for signaling by class 3 semaphorins and subsequent cytoskeleton remodeling.
Plays a role in axon guidance, invasive growth, and cell migration.
Class 3 semaphorins bind to a complex composed of a neuropilin and a plexin.
The plexin modulates complex affinity for specific semaphorins, and its cytoplasmic domain is required for downstream signaling activation.
