Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double-distilled water (DDW), depending on the sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

The thromboxane A2 receptor (TBXA2R) belongs to the Prostanoid Receptor subfamily.
It plays a critical role in hemostasis by interacting with thromboxane A2 to induce platelet aggregation.
Thromboxane A2 is associated with myocardial infarction, stroke, and asthma.
Thromboxane-prostanoid receptors are implicated in cardiovascular disease pathogenesis, and TBXA2R dysfunction is linked to hereditary bleeding disorders.
