Isocitrate dehydrogenases(IDH1)는 isocitrate를 2-oxoglutarate로 산화적 탈카복실화하는 효소로, NAD(+) 또는 NADP(+)를 전자 수용체로 사용하는 두 가지 하위 분류로 나뉩니다. IDH1은 NADP(+)-의존성 효소로 세포질 및 퍼옥시좀에 존재하며, NADPH 생성에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 본 항체는 IDH1 (mutant R132H)에 특이적인 제품입니다.
