재구성 시, 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 농도 약 1 mg/mL로 조정하는 것을 권장합니다. Conjugation 실험을 위해 carrier-free 항체를 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것이 좋습니다.
Target Information
Isocitrate dehydrogenases(IDH1)는 isocitrate를 2-oxoglutarate로 산화적 탈카복실화하는 효소로, NAD(+) 또는 NADP(+)를 전자 수용체로 사용하는 두 가지 하위 분류로 나뉩니다. IDH1은 NADP(+)-의존성 효소로 세포질 및 퍼옥시좀에 존재하며, NADPH 생성에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 본 항체는 IDH1 (mutant R132H)에 특이적인 제품입니다.
