For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The EWSR1 gene encodes a multifunctional protein involved in gene expression, cell signaling, RNA processing, and transport.
It contains an N-terminal transcriptional activation domain and a C-terminal RNA-binding domain.
Chromosomal translocations between EWSR1 and transcription factor genes can produce chimeric proteins associated with tumorigenesis, including Ewing sarcoma and other neuroectodermal tumors.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, and pseudogenes are found on chromosomes 1 and 14.
