For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The EWSR1 gene encodes a multifunctional protein involved in gene expression, cell signaling, and RNA processing and transport.
It contains an N-terminal transcriptional activation domain and a C-terminal RNA-binding domain.
Chromosomal translocations involving EWSR1 and transcription factor genes produce chimeric proteins implicated in tumorigenesis, such as Ewing sarcoma and neuroectodermal tumors.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, and pseudogenes have been identified on chromosomes 1 and 14.
