Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
CSK (C-terminal Src kinase) is a tyrosine kinase that downregulates SRC oncoprotein activity through phosphorylation of its carboxy terminus. Because SRC transformation results from disruption of this phosphorylation, the CSK gene may function as an antioncogene.
CSK regulates cell growth, differentiation, migration, and immune responses. It phosphorylates C-terminal tyrosine residues of Src-family kinases including LCK, SRC, HCK, FYN, LYN, CSK, and YES1. CSK is ubiquitously expressed (~50 kDa) in cytosol, with a fraction localized to lipid rafts via interaction with PAG (Csk-binding protein).
