ZDHHC20는 표적 단백질의 Cys 잔기에 팔미토일화를 촉매합니다 (PubMed:27153536, PubMed:29326245). EGFR의 세포질 C-말단에서 팔미토일화를 유도하여, EGFR 신호의 지속 시간을 조절합니다. 주로 C16 지방산 사슬을 가진 acyl-CoA를 선호하며, C14 및 C18 사슬도 사용할 수 있습니다. [UniProt]
