Target Information
Paxillin은 세포 부착(focal adhesion) 단백질로, src, FAK, p210BRC/ABL 등 여러 티로신 키나아제의 기질로 작용합니다. Paxillin의 티로신 인산화는 세포 간 부착 변화에 영향을 받으며, FAK 및 Crk와 SH2 도메인을 통해 강하게 결합합니다. 이 상호작용은 세포외기질에 의존하지 않습니다. Paxillin은 처음 섬유아세포에서 발견되었으나, 신경 돌기(neurite) 확장 및 분화 과정에서도 중요한 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
