Target Information
Coagulation factor V (Proaccelerin)은 혈액 응고 과정에서 필수적인 인자입니다. 혈장 내에서 순환하며, 응고 중 트롬빈에 의해 활성화 펩타이드가 절단되어 활성형으로 전환됩니다. 활성화된 Factor V는 무거운 사슬과 가벼운 사슬로 구성되며, 칼슘 이온에 의해 결합되어 있습니다. 이 활성형 Factor V는 활성화된 Factor X와 함께 프로트롬빈을 트롬빈으로 전환시키는 데 관여합니다. Factor V 유전자의 결함은 Factor V 결핍증, 활성화된 단백질 C 저항성으로 인한 혈전증, Budd-Chiari 증후군, 허혈성 뇌졸중, 반복적인 유산 등 다양한 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다.
