Target Information
Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in adaptive immune responses.
Functions include:
- Opsonization
- Complement activation
- Antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC)
- Regulation of immune responses, including T and B cell activity
