Target Information
Cullin 2는 여러 cullin-RING 기반 ECS (ElonginB/C-CUL2/5-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase 복합체의 핵심 구성 요소로, 표적 단백질의 유비퀴틴화를 매개합니다. ECS 복합체와 ARIH1은 협력하여 표적 단백질의 유비퀴틴화를 촉진하며, Cullin 단위의 neddylation에 의존적입니다. Deneddylated Cullin이 TIP120A/CAND1과 결합할 경우 E3 활성은 억제됩니다. ECS(VHL) 복합체는 hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF)의 유비퀴틴화를 매개합니다.
