For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (ALDOB) is a tetrameric glycolytic enzyme catalyzing the reversible conversion of fructose-1,6-bisphosphate into glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate and dihydroxyacetone phosphate.
Vertebrates express three aldolase isozymes (A, B, C) with distinct electrophoretic and catalytic properties, encoded by related housekeeping genes with tissue-specific expression.

• Aldolase A: Predominant in muscle and embryo
• Aldolase B: Expressed in adult liver, kidney, and intestine
• Aldolase C: Expressed in brain and nervous tissue

Defects in ALDOB cause hereditary fructose intolerance.
