Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The HOXC11 gene belongs to the homeobox family of transcription factors involved in morphogenesis across multicellular organisms. Mammals possess four homeobox gene clusters (HOXA, HOXB, HOXC, HOXD) located on different chromosomes.
HOXC11, located on chromosome 12, binds to the promoter element of lactase-phlorizin hydrolase and may play a role in early intestinal development. An alternatively spliced variant encoding a shorter isoform has been described, though its full-length form has not been fully characterized.
