Target Information
DOK1 (P62dok, Docking protein 1)은 주로 세포질 내 어댑터 단백질로 알려져 있으며, MAP kinase 활성화를 하향 조절하고 세포 증식과 변형을 억제하며, 세포 확산 및 이동을 촉진합니다.
DOK1은 c-kit, v-abl, vFPS, EGF, PDGF 등의 여러 티로신 키나아제의 주요 기질로 작용합니다.
키나아제에 의해 인산화되면 DOK1은 ras GTPase-activating protein과 복합체를 형성합니다.
인슐린 수용체 키나아제에 의한 티로신 잔기 인산화는 인슐린 신호 전달 경로의 음성 조절로 이어집니다.
DOK1은 N-말단에 pleckstrin homology 도메인을, 그리고 10개의 PXXP SH3 인식 모티프를 포함합니다.
